Airjet Loom: We have over 36 loom of Picanol company & 7 Cam machine. These machines are completely equipped with 4 Colour feeders and a top beam, so we can make high-quality fabrics of any sort. These machines are 99% efficient and run at 1050 RPM; they were imported from Japan. Both the automation and the human safeguards are top-notch.
Rapier Loom: We have over 25 loom of Picanol company. These machines are completely equipped with 16 shafts, 6 feeders and a top beam, so we can make high-quality fabrics of any sort. These machines are 99% efficient and run at 500 RPM; they were imported from Beljium. Both the automation and the human safeguards are top-notch.
Sizing Unit: The sizing unit of our group was established in 1995. Within these 28 years of experience we have continuously increased our strength and technology. From local made sizing machine to world class technology. Today, are now capable of sizing for almost all count range from 20ne to 80ne size yarn for 1000 rpm and row material wise 100% cotton ,100% viscous, P/v, p/c, and 100% polyester and many more.
